DETAILS ON FUN CHALLENGE

Hi Girls, below are the information regarding fun challenge which is happening in 2 weeks time, please read carefully [=


Date: 5th June 2010 (Saturday)
Time: 7.30am to 1.00pm (Registration starts at 7.30am and finale ends at 1.00pm)
Venue: Zhangde Primary School (51 Jalan Membina Singapore 169481)
Attire: GB National Tee, knee length pants with covered shoes and Name Tag
Things to bring: Student Pass

Others:
• No officers are allowed to be with the team in the holding area and competition area.
• No handphone is allowed in the holding area and competition venue. Girls spotted with Handphone will be disqualified.
•No food and drinks will be provided.

Items that Companies need to bring:
• 2 knives
• 2 chopping board
• 3 mass tins
• 3 Tommy cookers
• Vegetable peeler
• 3 sets of cutleries – for cooking and measurement.
• Disposable gloves
• Rag for cleaning
• Match sticks
• 3 plates, unbreakable – for placing ingredients and presentation
• 1 bowl, unbreakable – for placing ingredients and presentation
• Plastic bag/containers for packing the cooking utensils
• 1 roll of kitchen towel

Other important things to take note:
1) Jingle to be submitted AT REGISTRATION (latest 7.50am) with NO indication of COMPANY NAME OR NUMBER.
2) All the teams are to take their utensils back to their own companies / homes for cleaning.
3) All companies are to bring their own presentation plates and bowls.
4) Time check will be given 20min before the end of the cooking segment.
5) All teams MUST have completed their clean up by the end of the cooking segment.
6) Presentation segment will start immediately after the cooking segment.
7) Each team will present their 100 words rap or jingles when their team is being
judged during the tasting segment.

Flea Market Information:
1) Flea Market starts at 7.30am
2) Stall owners may start packing up at 11.45am. All stalls are to be cleared of the venue by 12.00 noon.
3) All money raised from the flea market is to be handed in to the money collection counter.
4) No sale of self-prepared/re-packaging food and drinks allowed.
