Hi, girls!
Please meet Ms Junn at 1.30pm outside GB room this Friday.
Take your lunch first.
The schedule is something like this:
1.30 - 2.45pm - Set-up time
2.45 - 3pm - Change into attire (GB blue or Full U)
Please check with your platoon mates, if you're not sure what to wear.
3pm - 5pm - First session Students Walkaround, live demo
5pm - 6.45pm - Dinner break (order in dinner)
6.45- 7pm - Get ready
7pm - 8pm - Second session Parents walkaround, live demo
8pm - 8.30pm - Clean up
8.45 - Dismiss
9 - 10pm - Call up the girls who wrote their names & contact # down, to remind them to come for orientation parade the next day (Sat 15 Jan). You will be assigned names to call up.
Impt:
For those doing demos e.g. outdoor cooking, henna painting, jewellery making, please apportion the food, and supplies sufficiently for the 2 sessions.
